Das Qualitätsmanagementsystem der REO AG ist nun im Geltungsbereich Entwicklung, Fertigung und Vertrieb von elektronischen und induktiven Komponenten für die Elektrotechnik und Medizintechnik vom TÜV SÜD zertifiziert. Als modernes sowie zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen ist es für REO selbstverständlich gegenüber den Kunden eine hohe Produkt- und Servicequalität zu belegen und zu leben.
Im Rahmen der ISO Zertifizierung wurde die REO Niederlassung Pfarrkirchen bei einem Audit umfangreich geprüft. „Das Audit war sehr erfolgreich“, sagt Wolfgang Senninger, Niederlassungsleiter REO Pfarrkirchen und fügt hinzu: „Es ist gut zu sehen, dass unsere Prozesse nicht nur nachvollziehbar und transparent sind, sondern von nun an auch von einer unabhängigen Stelle überprüft und für gut befunden wurden.“
Die ISO 9001 Zertifizierung steht bei REO für einen gleichbleibenden, standardisierten Herstellprozess aller verwendeten Komponenten. Von der Materialbeschaffung über die Produktion bis hin zur Auslieferung gewährleistet ein umfangreiches Dokumentation- und Managementsystem bei allen Aktivitäten die Einhaltung der gewünschten Forderungen. Dieses neu eingeführte Qualitätsmanagementsystem versteht sich dabei als die Grundlage zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung bestehender, sowie neuer REO-Komponenten aus dem Bereich der Elektrotechnik und Medizintechnik.
Speziell im anspruchsvollen Medizinbereich ist die ISO Zertifizierung folglich ein wichtiges Fundament für die Herstellung von Produkten mit hohen Verfügbarkeiten, um die strengen Kundenanforderungen bestmöglich zu erfüllen. Ein fundamentiertes Qualitätsmanagementsystem ist im Bereich der Medizintechnik die Voraussetzung für stetiges Wachstum.
